Remotely Operated Flexible Chassis ROBOT System for EOD applications
The chassis system was designed and implemented as an eight wheeled independently powered and independently steered vehicle with each wheel having at least four independent degrees of freedom of rotation. Each part can be changed and or replaced with a similar part to affect fast repair in the field.
- The system with a capability to move in any direction without turning has been developed to the satisfaction of the client.
- The system with the capability to change its width and its ground clearance according to requirement of the mission and payload characteristics has been developed and demonstrated to the satisfaction of the client.
